Ordering On MxDonna

NO! All tax payments have been cleared by MxDonna when you complete your order placement.

Your card will be charged when your order is completely placed.

A promo code can be entered at the top where you find “Have a coupon?” in the checkout page.
Please enter all promo codes and gift cards without spaces.

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size (pending availability) or edit your billing and shipping details. Please contact customer service at sales@mxdonna.com or put a call to the number on the website.

To check on the status of your order please log into your account. You will see your order listed under My Order History, select your order number, and you will be able to see your order details including a tracking number. A shipping confirmation email will also be sent to you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships

Returns & Exchange

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the item at our warehouse, at which time your credit card will be refunded. It could take up to 15 days for a refund to reflect on your credit card.

  • Complete the RETURN FORM included in the package
  • Contact sales@mxdonna.comor call +22964339550 +2347030544487  to request a return authorization number
  • Place the shipping label on the outside of the box and drop-off at any UPS location

MXDONNA accepts returns of any unworn, unwashed, & undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 14 days of the delivery date.

MXDONNA does not accept returns for earrings or merchandise marked as Final Sale.

  • Please note: returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number
  • Goods must be postmarked within 5 days of authorization
  • Goods must be returned with a prepaid shipping label
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • A restocking fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your total refunded amount
  • We only accept returns for items purchased on mxdonna.com

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt & can only be issued to your original method of payment.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Place a new order online at your convenience, or contact us at sales@mxdonna.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
